It is generally a bad experience that leads to the need to hire an attorney, but that does not mean that the experience with the attorney needs to be bad. At Rick Davis Legal, P.C., I work hard to ensure that each and every one of my clients feels like they are in good hands and that I am looking out for their best interest. If at any point during the representation you feel that I am not moving fast enough, not providing the highest level legal services, or otherwise not delivering the experience you expect, you may choose to end the representation and I will waive the final invoice for working on your matter. As such, you will owe us nothing for legal services from the date you notify the firm of your intent to withdraw and will receive up to thirty-days of free legal services, during which time you can interview new attorneys and/or otherwise decide how to proceed with your case.
Please note that the satisfaction guarantee does not apply to costs incurred on your behalf that were paid to third parties and payment for those costs (if not already paid from your cost retainer) will be due prior to the firm releasing your file to a new firm. Moreover, as it takes several weeks to obtain court approval, I will file a motion to withdraw as your counsel as soon as I receive notice that you are taking advantage of the satisfaction guarantee and will stop performing work on your file once the withdrawal is approved by the court. If you have any questions about our satisfaction guarantee, please feel free to contact our office at (913) 283-8300.
