One of the most common client complaints about attorneys is that the attorney failed to communicate regularly with the client. We try to avoid this issue by sending our clients regular email updates and by being available for client meetings and phone calls. In order to balance this goal with the challenges of legal practice (e.g. client meetings, court appearances and other out-of-the office obligations), we encourage clients to schedule appointments for phone calls and office meetings. Our client portal, Clio Connect, gives clients 24/7 access to their electronic client file from any computer or smartphone, all in a secure SSL encrypted cloud environment, all while preserving important attorney-client privileges. Clio Connect also allows us to upload your sensitive or large files directly to their virtual client file and to securely share information or documents.
Registration for Clio Connect is initiated by our office. You will be notified via email that a document has been shared with you. To register, you will need to choose a username and password and agree to the terms of service. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

Case Status App
The case status app is a unique iPhone or Andriod app that can be used to view the status of your matter 24/7 and to review an outline of the upcoming steps for your case. We will begining rolling out the case status app in late April of 2018 and hope to provide all clients access to the app within 90 days.
To access the case status app, please visit the Apple App Store or Google Play and search “Case Status Legal.” Download the application and enter the cell phone number that you have provided to our office. You will then receive a text message with a code. After you enter that code, you will have 24/7 access to your case information and status right on your cell phone. Additionally, if you allow notifications, you will receive a notification anytime your case status changes or when your case is hold because we need information or documentation from you.
