How to Ensure You Get All of the Firm’s Communications
Your privacy and security is important to me. Similarly, it is important that you stay well informed about your matter. Therefore, in order to accomplish both of these goals, we utilize Smokeball Communicate as the primary means of communicating with clients.
When you receive a new message or document in Communicate, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org and all invoices will come from email@example.com. In order to ensure you receive all emails from us, it is best if you “whitelist” these email addresses. Below are some links on how to do this with various popular email providers.

If you use an email provider who is not listed here, you will need to reach out to the provider for instructions on how to whitelist an email address or domain. Moreover, if you have not received any communications from the firm for a while, it is recommended you check your spam or junk folder for any accidentally filtered emails.
